Create A Desktop Wallpaper

I simply want the Polish crest image turned into a 1080p desktop wallpaper. The black and red vibe(though darker tones are better) is what I'm looking for so see the other pics. Create a few, I choose the one I like, and get paid. Shouldn't take more than 15 minutes. (<$30) Do not mix/mash the images together. The crest images should be used as is or slightly modified, while the other images should be used a references for the kind of red/black vibe I'm shooting for. Thanks for looking!
