Create company letterhead & business card

I need someone to take my partial design for company letterhead (it's in PSD), and polish it into a more professional letterhead and also make it print quality. I custom made the borders, but I'm not really happy with having the logo on top of the border where it's placed now, I've never made letterhead before and I'm certain there's a better way it could look. Please have a design eye for this project. I've already tested it and the printing margins are not right. I want to print this on standard 8.5" x 11" paper. I need someone to adjust the resolution and bleed margins and stuff, I don't know how to do that. I would also like to have a business card made. I will supply the company logo and information and mockup (PSD) , I just need it adjusted for print (bleed margins, etc). I need this project to be finished by TODAY!!! Please do not apply if you can't get it done today. Pay will be through GAF. Please submit your portfolio through PM. I've attached my partial mockup on GAF to work off of... if you have a better design in mind I'm totally open to it. I would like the colors black, white, and also maybe pink #FA5BAD colors would be fine. Using a elegant damask print would be nice.
