Create 37 icons and resize 38 existing images in different formats

I'm creating a "tagging" system with images instead of words. I have 38 created, and I need 37 more. All images (new and existing) need to be created in these sizes and formats: 1. jpg 360X360 and 36X36 2. png 360X360 and 36X36 3. gif 360X360 and 36*36 4. ico 36X36 The existing images also need to be cropped to be square and in some of them remove the frame they have (they are screenshots from an ipad app) The existing images are two types of icons, one type is a set of "stick-man" figures (13 images) and the second type is different images describing different things (25 images) The new 42 need to be: 12 more stick men, and 25 more different images, in the theme of the image sent.
