Design a landing page (optinal: convert to HTML)

I need a design for a landing page (one page with form in it). The design should be very clean and very esthetic. I have the proper images to give the designer to use in the design, and examples to what i like. The PSD file should be very well organized, folders, names.. etc. Note: The page will be in hebrew (RTL), so I will give the designer a PSD with all the text in it and the font to use in the document. he/she should make the general design and grid for the document. I would prefer someone who knows html & css, After the design is approved, it should be converted it into an HTML/CSS document. The html should contain only DIV's ( no tables) and of course to be cross browser compatible. If you don't know any html/css,please feel free to bid but remember to mention it, so I'll know what your price includes. the design is much more important from to coding ( I can do the coding). I have about 2-3 of those every month, so I'm looking for some to work with for a long term. experience is not relevant -- > graphic skills is everything. Please send me link to your portfolio.
