Design a selection of attractive branded web link ''buttons''.

As descibed at [login to view URL] we offer a facility to race organisers that enables us to handle registrations for their events, gathering personal details and accepting credit/debit card payments on their behalf. We provide a URL to the event organisers for use on their web site to link to the service, however we need more attractive "buttons" for their users to click to go through to the online entry form. I am looking for a modern, attractive selection of button designs in sizes 88x31, 120x60, 300x60 and 300x90. Ideally, at least two designs for each size. These buttons need to be static or animated GIF or PNG. Any animation must be very subtle if used. The buttons must give the message "Enter Online with [login to view URL]" or "Enter Online" with the [login to view URL] logo. On larger sizes, where space permits, the Visa, Mastercard and Maestro logos should be incorporated. Please respond with examples of similar work.
