Business Card - Transform Rough Draft into Professional Looking Design

I need a business card design, 2 sided, front in color, back in grayscale. The business has a trademarked business logo, which must be used on the front. The logo has an image element and a text element. All elements of the logo design (proportions, font of the text element, color of the image element) must be retained exactly, BUT the color of the text element (only) can be modified. The background of the front of the card should be in an attractive color(s), which accentuates the color of the image in the logo. The people receiving the card could be the young adults themselves, their parents, or partners and affiliates - so the design needs be modern and vibrant to appeal to the young adults, while still having a simple, clean, professional look. I want something that avoids two extremes. One extreme is the cheesy, flashy, hard-sell, unprofessional get-rich-quick types (this business is full of them). The other extreme is an extremely professional financial institution type of design, which might be visually "perfect," but cold and uncaring. The design should be something that suggests a person who has deep professional financial expertise, but who is also approachable, likeable, and above all: someone you can TRUST. Not looking for any original artwork, just an attractive, clean, professional display/arrangement of the elements provided. I am attaching very rough design examples, for both the front and the back. Feel free to modify this as much or as little as you like - the main reason I'm including these is so that you'll have a starting point, and so that you'll know what information needs to be on each side.
