I need someone who can design, print (using high quality printing equipment) a degree for me from an Australian University. Your skills should be very advanced in document creation. The document is to be identical to a real one produced from a real university and of the same high quality. This is not a simple photoshop job and you should have some experience doing this kind of thing before. It would be great if I could see some samples of your work before you begin. The last guy who accepted the job did a very poor job and I really want to avoid a repeat. The most important part of this job is the quality, this cannot be done with a simple home or office printer, it requires special fonts, seals, raised text etc. The first milestone will be released when you can provide me a video showing the fine details of the document. The second milestone will be released when you can provide me a tracking number for international express delivery by DHL, fedex etc. Max budget is $250 and for this price it should be flawless.
