The current project presents the fusion of the historical local Newport building built in 1915 with its highly developed surrounding environment. The final design continues and expands the original function of The Substation and makes it a Public activities, Cultural and Exhibition Centre within the new local transport, business and leisure activities complex in the hearth of Newport.
