Design an App Mockup

I am looking forward to a creative designer who can design various screens for my android app. In all there will be around 25-27 pages of medium complexity screens ( a few may have horizontal views as well) in the app. These screen designs must work for both the handheld phones, Phablets and Tablets ( this is very important). I have one set of design availabe with me which needs some revamping. But I am also looking forward towards a complete new design if that is going to make the app look awesome. I shall be sharing the details of the pages only to those who can provide me a capable portfolio to demonstarte their previous work.
