Front End
1. For clients to book an appointment slot with them (once they visit their website, their website will prompt them to download the app) So once they download, fill in particulars like e mail, contact number and address and remarks also on what the problem is.
2. When clients login to their account they can see their own client history with the company.
3. Clients can also upload photos of the electrical malfunction for the electrician to see so they are more prepared on what to expect or repair when they reach.
Back End
mobile app not needed for backend
1. All information is all collected and accessible on the admin platform accessed via computer or ipad.
(client history, client particulars, photo history of job, database of clients)
2. Work schedule is updated in real time. So once a new job is received, its disseminated to their workers for the jobs, requested job will be printed out then given to the worker .
3. When job is completed, send out thank you e mail to client. this should be automated, so there should be a job complete button in the system, once job status is changed to completed, thank you e mail sent to client.
