We need to create a basic website with 3 banners and few static pages. It must be created in wordpress. We have bought the host and domain. We need designs for the logo and banners. We don't have any pre-defined designs and would appreciate input from the developers. We have a very small budget for this phase of the project and would like to get it up and running immediately.
