!!Please see the attached TXT and PDF files before applying!! I am looking for help creating a new order form. I have been working on the backend but I am not a UI expert or CSS guru. I am the sole dev and IT resource at our small company so I am turning to a freelancer for some development help. The bulk of the form will be contained in 4 modals. The selections made in these modals need to update the DIVs that will correspond to the selection made. Once all the selections are made the completed form will add the item to a cart. No item cost is associated with the cart at this time. That will be a manual process.
