Looking for a full service web development company that can handle all of our needs in order to launch our brand new website. Company must have strong design and development skills and EXPERIENCE. Our website concept will consist of recruiting agents to hold video chat sessions. Then attracting client to use our services. ****** PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS FIRST********** Each agent would have a profile detailing their skills and experience as well as a rating/review system where clients can leave rating and feedback. There would also be a booking system to correlate with each agents schedule. The client would then book and pay for each video chat session. Those sessions will take place immediately if the agent is already online and available or at a future date and time. All the sessions are charged per minute or block of minutes. And each agent is received a percentage of the fee that is charged the client. We need special attention placed on this project because we need it done within 15-20 days. PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU HAVE AT LEAST 15 WEBSITES BUILT IN YOUR PROFILE AT FREELANCER OR OTHER LIKE ELANCE OR ODESK. PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU ARE CREATIVE AND CAN HELP US BUILD OUR SITE.
