Design a double sidede DL size Flyer

I need a graphic designer to produce a double sided DL size flyer. I will provide a mock up (attached) with examples of elements required in the flyer, most images will be available on the internet. The finished file will need to be a printing press ready PDF file for printing a quality double sided DL flyer in CMYK and at 300 dpi. The successful bidder will be paid by the hour and I expect the job will take 4 hours maximum.
