Country Click Application -- 2

Hello I want to make this app where you have to click for your country something like the Cookie click app/game you might [login to view URL] is not supposed to be a lot graphics, but a button to press for the country you have choosed, and then there's rank of the countries with most clicks. And there has to be a shop where you can buy double clicks etc. Sadly my budget is not huge, but I don't it needs to much coding? Could you do it 500 dollars including graphics? Check out the cookie click app, just with less graphics
