Design icon and screens for a gaming app

I'm creating an app that involves a fake breaking the screen of the smartphone. It has 5 different levels of intensity, 1st being small crack on the screen and 5 being screen completely broken. It's like a prank app, so the broken screen has to be realistic, ie, if you look at it and think "hmmm...my screen would never break like this", then it's not realistic. I will also need the app icon, which I would like it to look like a small scratch on your smartphone screen (something so realistic that you would be proud of having it on your home screen, just to mess with friends when you hand them your phone. Will also need a home screen and splash screen. Splash screen I want something like a screen cracking (2 seconds gif of the screen cracking). Home screen will have a play button, a small facebook icon, for people to connect to facebook and a banner for advertisement
