Actress/Stunts/Modelling/Voice Over Career Portfolio for Casting Directors when googling Artist

I had an ad up yesterday and realized I should have worded the project differently because I got a lot of graphic designers send me bids who had beautiful designs but no programming or website building experience. I need the whole shabang. I already have one that was created by a freelancer from this website three years ago that you can see here [login to view URL] and I do not want to do word press again because it ended up having way too many glitches, I would like to try something new and fresh, completely different to that link. This time around I would brighten it up with lighter pictures. I am pretty much re branding myself this year, I want a clean, simple, beautiful layout. The current one has waaaaaaay too much going on. The new site would have half of that content. I actually made a very simple instruction sheet for whomever wants the job, things to include and take out and what I like and dont like about the current one. Because you can use the majority of the current one to pull from and refer to I know this would be a one day job. Its just a matter of building the right new layout and transferring the content over. Also, I need a logo made for my name (the current one is in the top left hand corner of the homepage and I feel it looks too 80's with the font, I also use it for my business cards, comp cards, and email signatures so that's why I say please have some sort of design experience. Was thinking it could even include my real autograph or something. Please see attached my current biz cards as an example. Although it seems like a separate job, it is actually part of the website, I want them all tied in, I need them all to match each other and be by the same person. My last website I got made for $266 and because this website will be half of that one (content wise) I am not willing nor able to go above $250. $250 USD is my final payment for your services. I'm sorry but I simply do not have the funds to go higher so please don't ask in your bid because I won't even bother to respond. It would be a waste of both of our times, the biz card only cost me $30 and I've had bids for $60 or a "half day rate" or a "full day rate" to design and I'm sorry but because the last guy did such a great job for $30 and it only took him an hr, I can not justify paying someone for 5 or 10 hrs to do the same thing. Here are some layouts/designs of other actress websites that I like, I have some images that I think would make a really cool collage for the home screen like the Anne Hathaway one or the Jennifer Garner, I just don't know how to photoshop myself, so I'm looking for someone that is a package deal and can do it all :) I would like it done within one week because I have a huge audition coming up.
