Add a thank you page to WP Landing Page and submit form input to download by excel

There is a WordPress landing page presently. When visitor clicks any of the buttons on the landing page, a form will pop up. When the form is submitted, the form input goes to email. We want to change that to work this way: You will make new form on standard page (not popup) You will make a standard thank you page (not popup) The form input will submit to excel. All form fields will show in the excel. After submission, visitor will redirect to the thank you page. NOTE: When user submits the form, the form data is stored in excel sheet on the sever. Each user input per line and we can download the excel. The user will be redirected to the thank you page after form submission. I will send you the page contents in PDF after you applied and the work must be completed under 24 hours if you're interested.
