Adding function to Woocommerce

For a multi-lingual online printshop I am looking for a Wordpress specialist who can set up quantity related pricing. Prices: in case of every printed products (such us Flyers, Business cards) as the quantity is increasing, the price should decrease - which means we have to add a certain price to certain quantity. The Dynamic Price plugin can make it setting up a starting quantity and an end quantity and you can add a price in between. But customer will not see this price decrease, it is visible only in the cart. So this plugin (or any other idea appreciated) should be extended to show the quantity related prices in a product configurator page, and a quantity dropdown would be better instead of the quantity box - I would not allow customer to order 1129 pcs of Flyer for example. For additional product configuration there should be custom fields e.g. paper stock, lamination, etc. which would have a fix additional unit price.
