We have created an adobe LiveCycle form that has expandable tables. The table are in a subform that is set to 'Flow'. The problem, once the page is full, the tables can continue to expand, but they are no longer visible, it is like they drop off at the end of the page. We want the tables to continue and be visible on the next page if needed.

Your form structure needs to be changed to accomodate the form to flow when the table expands. There are other ways to accomplish this task w/o changing structure. Need to discuss this in order to implement the right solution.
