There are 8 spokes equally spaced in the attached image. I want it to be converted into 9 spokes which are proportionally and equally spaced. Convert the file into vector and PSD format as specified below. Delivery to contain the following: 1) Vector format of the file containing 9 spokes equally proportionally placed. 2) PSD format in which each spoke is in different layer and each circle is in different layer. 2) High resolution (4k) jpg image, and 3) Golden color be changed into pure SOLID GOLD COLOR. Delivery to be done within 48 hours after project is awarded. There will be 3 iterations in case if something is not clearly done.
