Alter some Images

I have an image from Shutterstock I am using for an online gallery website attached of a white couch and white blank 3D canvas in the background. I will be selling prints online in panoramic, square & rectangular options. For this job I need the blank panoramic canvas on the wall to be adjusted to show a square and a rectangular option on the back wall. Scale doesnt matter as long as it is a true square and rectangle and it fits the space with some wall border left around. So I require 2 additional images created from the existing one attached. I would like the 3D shading and the colour gradient on the wall to remain the same. Note the wall is lighter on the left side and darker on the right side. All shadows need to remain in tact.
