Hello , I have 6 years experienced in web development and 2.5 years experienced in Laravel framework,solid knowledge MCV and OOP with over 5 years experienced. To answer your questions: 1. Use APIs from social network site. Scrapping data using CURL technology. 2. To progress with controllers with thinking about database, we just make the connect from view and controller. It mean we just make layout (static pages) for this application on the view, and the controller just support view to go to static pages. 3. If we don't need check incoming message real time, one incoming message save in database need have a status field to tell system this is new message or old message (have read). And when the manager access to this application again (mean the manager need an Impact to system), then we will query to database to get new incoming messages have status is unread (new). This way don't need any other language or framework. 4. If we don't need check incoming message real time, we must have the support of other language - Javascript. Namely we need use Node.js (is a platform built on Chrome's JavaScript runtime) to catching incoming message events from visitors and then send notification real time to manager are onlining the application.
