I'm using wordpress theme City Finance 1.4 ([login to view URL]) and I need someone to design and tell me how to apply a new banner. I need someone with wordpress experience who can test on their own environment and submit only the files to change. Banner should be something cool related to forex, candlestick chart, etc. Also I want the color of the site to change to something brighter, something blue.
