Looking for creative designers who can create a banner for me (768x60). Please show references of past works. This banner will serve as logo as well (the current logo will be replace). the website is http://topmalin.com.

The audience is mostly women (+/- 85%). The site advertise fashion discount and coupons.

source files expected. won't go to print, web only.

erratum : read 468x60 (standard banner) not 768x60

Precision : I'd rather go for Gif (maybe animated) rather than flash
