Borderlands 2 Gaige Metal Blood Mask (Sci Fi Helmet) in Pepakura

I am looking to have this design made so I can print it from the Pepakura Designer program, I only require the mask itself not the hood or anything else in the pictures just the mask by itself. If it is possible for some depth to be added into the design so it would extend behind someones ears would be a bonus, I do not require a full helmet design just a mask that would cover half of someones head.
