Break down my design into a Joomla template

I have an .eps file. I need you to break it down to work with Joomla. I have the areas marked on the file so you'll be able to see which sections need to be modules, etc. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. There are two designs - one for for the index page and one for the interior pages. Each will be marked so that you can see how to split up the designs to work with Joomla.
