Build CRM Bootstrap/PHP. (FREELANCERS ONLY- NO COMPANIES) -- 2

Hi. Im looking at a starting my own crm software for in house as a personal project. I would like to use this UI theme admin panel posted at the link below: [login to view URL] A few modules we will start off with is: - Clients - Contacts - Vendors - Invoice - Quote - Payments - Assets - Calls - Emails LONG TERM MODULES: - Paypal Payflow Integration - Magento - [login to view URL] - Asterisk - Accounting - Point of Sale I have a opensource crm currently however finding developers for it is next to impossible so Im just looking at starting fresh with the hopes that a widely used software will allow me to find dependable and inexpensive developers. I know you will need further detail on what before bidding so I would like to do one module at a time due to budget. If you have little or no reviews then I will not create a milestone until I see productivity. I also will not release any milestone in advanced due to me recently being frauded on here.
