i need a programmer and designer to create for me a website that contains the following requests and sends me a message with full work plan in details

2-i need the website to be able to use other big websites free storage to store indirectly from my website to other storage for example one drive or [url removed, login to view] or even Google drive and other,so if microsoft is offering 150gb for free and i open 10 accounts i can use on my website 1.5 terabyte without being known by the uploader or website users

3- must be easily connected to huge cloud companies like s3 rackspace or even others

4-design should be material and website speed should be blazing fast

other ideas are welcomed
