Build an Online Store

I want to create a multi vendor market place which has following features: [login to view URL] Vendors are able to login. [login to view URL] can receive email and phone notifications for the orders and also able to see the orders in the front end. [login to view URL] can upload their products with product image,price,discount etc. but after uploading for first time it will require admin approval. [login to view URL] can able to update the stocks and prices of their products. [login to view URL] uploading their product,there will be option of deliverable pin [login to view URL] It will only be delivered to those pin codes only. [login to view URL] in the front end it will ask for choose city,then it will show all the products. [login to view URL] will be able to download invoice for the orders. In invoice vendor name,Product lists,Price and their weights,Billing address,Customer Address etc. will be mentioned. [login to view URL] can able to change all the settings if required at later stages. [login to view URL] options include Cash on delivery,Other payment gateways etc. [login to view URL] one can login and one time activation link will be sent both mail and otp to phone for verification which can be changed later stages by admin in admin options. [login to view URL] will have good designs having multiple categories for products which can be added or deleted by admin.
