Build a Website

This project is just for an admin dashboard with multiple charts for our company that buys real estate. The are several buyers. Each buyer is responsible for evaluating properties and making offers to buy houses. You will work with me, a php developer, to build out a dashboard which will likely be 4 pages of eye candy measuring a number of metrics. I'm looking for someone that with a very good design sense to do the html/css. I can handle the php, data and integration. You must be able to understand what we're trying to track / measure and be creative in your approach to displaying the data. I want to see examples of your work and explanations as to to the problem you helped solve. Also which charting library you want to use and why. I much prefer working with an individual freelancer, not a large group with project mgmt and all that noise. Some of the metrics we want to measure are as follows: How many properties have been evaluated? How many offers have been made? How many contracts have been accepted? How many properties have closed.
