Hello, my name is Roland, it's nice to meet you! I am a freelance web design and developer with over 5 years of experience building various types of websites using many different programming languages. Much of my experience comes from attending California State University - Los Angeles where I have learned much of my advanced skills since I am pursing a degree in Computer Science. I would like to work on this project for you, because I believe I can help you succeed in building your online presence. I have worked with multiple organizations in the past, but this would be my first project here on freelancer ( this is why I want to build the website so cheaply ). I would like to discuss how you envision website. Following that, I will create some mock-ups for you to ensure the design matches your specifications, if not I will do any modifications required.
