I urgently need a very experienced developer to build an online store.
The developer will be very familiar with Project Management, Website design, MySQL, Graphic design, Payment gateways, Wordpress, and Woocommerce and its "Canvas" theme.
The development initially requires the creation of an online store, with shopping cart and payment gateways.
Approx. 8-10 pages.
Hosting and domain names will be supplied by us.
Prior to development implementation I will require a full site mockup and documentation of the full development including a schedule of implementation.
Once this site has been designed and successfully developed a second site will be created. This will be a clone of the first site. This second site will use another domain which will be provided by us.
After the second site has been created it will be rebranded and modified graphically using css. A mockup of the new homepage will be required.
Both sites will need to access the same shopping cart, payment gateway and data.
The first sites data list will be the complete data set while the second (and any future sites) will run their own subsets of data. (Possibly identified by a field in the database).

This is not an off the shelf theme development. It is a critical part of the development and if you have limited abilities in this area please dont bother applying. Note - If Wordpress or Woocommerce isnt suitable for this purpose we can use an alternative platform but Wordpress is the preferred platform.
Admin and user logins are required for both sites.
The Admin login will allow editing and access to all records in the db.
The user login will allow the user to edit the price field of a product. This new price will override the advertised website price. This new price will then be used in the shopping cart and payment gateway.
Design
A full website design mockup of all pages is required.
The design must be graphically beautiful and content rich. I do not want an off the shelf e-commerce theme site. No prices on the homepage, no rows of boxes of pics of products. The site will sell expensive products and must be beautifully designed and built. It must contain Middle Eastern designs and graphics.
The developer will need to research the best websites and use the best ideas for the design.
The website will be compatible for all major browsers like Firefox, Chrome and IE. It will be mobile friendly. It will adjust its dimensions according to mobile display size for all major devices.
Summary
We are looking for a very experienced developer with Project Management experience. We need someone we can collaborate with on this project. It is not a project where you work in isolation and submit an end product. It must be developed through an ongoing exchange of ideas.
Milestones
1) 15% On agreed fully documented development schedule, website design and full site mockup.
2) 25% Demo of first site
3) 35% Demo of rebranded second site with fully integrated shopping cart and payment gateway.
