Build a Website

I need some basic website modifications and graphic design done within the next 24 hours. I give you access to the site which needs to be modified. It is based on the following site which is a simple design: [login to view URL] The successful bidder must be able to do 'both' the necessary graphic design and html modifications. I need the following modifications: 1. Logo replaced with a logo I will give you 2. The logo will need some modifications to fit in with the background picture. 3. You will need to choose a suitable copyright free background free picture, which I will pay for if needed. This should be a photo which blends in nicely with the yellow and black logo. 4. Text on the website needs to be amended. 5. A Paragraph for a disclaimer needs to be added at a suitable part of the website which blends in well with the background photo. The overall website must be aesthetic and attractive. First Milestone payment will be made upon you sending me the first draft within the first 24 hours. Second Milestone payment will be sent once all necessary edits have been made. This must occur within 24 hours of you sending me the first draft.
