UX designer is needed to enhance user experience and influence adoption for an existing order entry web app. Web app is used to capture pre-registration of orders prior to shipment and receipt.
UX designer is expected to work closely with the business to develop data maps, user stories, users flows, wire-frames and other design artifacts in order to re-conceptualize the existing functionality. UX designer is also expected to conduct user research, metrics analysis and validation exercises to provide recommendations on increasing adoption and usage of the web application.
The project is going to be self-managed with a high degree of communication and co-ordination through status and milestone updates and planning expected. The designer will be expected to exhibit an attitude of ownership as well as a passion for quality over all deliverables.
Financial incentives will be linked to project success. Success will be judged on the fulfillment of clearly stated and agreed upon business objectives and timelines.
