Build a Website

This project is to implement this design that I have come up with and is attached. I do not know how to make it a website but it is visually designed (see attachments and the current website [login to view URL]) Basically, the task is to change what already exists to what is attached. I do not have the original file that was used to create this and my original web designer is unresponsive to me. This website will have to be started from the beginning. I will need the file when it is done so that I can edit the writing when it changes. It is a GoDaddy domain. As the process goes on, I am open to suggestions and am looking for an open dialogue regarding minor changes on my end as there are small parts that I have not fully designed yet like the email page. The website needs to be optimized to get the most hits given my content and it needs to have a working link to social media like facebook, twitter, and instagram. When searching for it on goolge it needs to show up as "Pandemic Design Studio with the categories beneith it. Not like it is now. I can show you want I mean by this but I don't have time right now to mock it up. I wanted to get this out there asap because there is a time restriction. There also needs to be a mobile version of this website. The key features that need to be addressed are that the homepage 3.1 needs to change to homepage 3.2 when the user clicks on the "products" circle or any of the product categories at the bottom of the screen. Essentially, I would like the lines and circles to grow out of the products circle. When the users mouse hovers over the different circles, the circles need to turn completely green and get a little bigger. The top and bottom designs of the homepage are to be a constant throughout the website. There are not to be any additional pages that open when you click on a project like it is now. Please familiarize yourself with the original website so you can get a better idea what I am asking for. I will supply the images and writing. I will also supply a web icon thing for the web tab like the bird when you open up freelancer.com. Other than that, just some minor changes or your suggestions as we go. I would like to have this finished in a week to give me time to identify any bugs. Please let me know if you should have any questions.
