Soccer Sports Center System We offers 15 soccer fields with artificial soccer grass for youth and adults to reserve a field for specific periods of time. We need an online reservation system to let our customers to reserve our services online (frontend) and our employees to manually reserve soccer fields (backend) The system should be developed using PHP using the following: Framework: CodeIgniter Libraries: codeigniter-modular-extensions-hmvc ([login to view URL]) CodeIgniter-Aauth ([login to view URL]) BackEnd Theme: Gentella ([login to view URL]) The project is similar to a online booking system to better manage our facilities, reservations, payments and accept bookings in daily, nightly or hourly allotments. It will be using codeigniter-modular-extensions-hmvc library to develop the system in a modular way, CodeIgniter-Aauth to handle the security and user management (Roles, Permission) and Gentella as the backend design. Modules / Requirements: Bookings Allow guest users to select soccer fields individually Instant and On-Request online bookings / online payments Generate invoices for each booking Users Easily publish/unpublish soccer fields Approve or decline On-Request bookings Enter cash or offline payments made for each booking Print invoices, view invoices. Access Levels Guest: able to view soccer fields, make online or On-Request bookings Manager: Full management access. Employee: Create / update / cancel / approve / decline bookings , soccer fields manually. Reports Chart: view bookings income by year and month Print or export bookings, invoices, guests, etc. as Excel, PDF, XML, CSV Chart: view occupancy by month and day Integrations Paypal Facebook Twitter
