Build a Website for the Innovation in Government conference

Hi, We are organizing a conference on "Innovation in Government" scheduled on 11-12 October 2015 in Cairo Egypt. We already have a website ([login to view URL]) but we see that the quality is not good and the template is not flexible to make all the requirements we want. Another colleague has tried to put something and came up with this version [login to view URL] We like the way the data is presented in this version because it has all the info in the first page. However, the content is for sure not complete. We would like the following to be done: - to recommend a new template and to buy it by yourself or we can buy it - to pull all the required data from the team to ensure there is clear information about the registration process, the organizer, why we are doing this conference, vision out of it, program illustrated in a nice and attractive way...etc - to make the website action oriented (e.g. put a register link underneath the program to encourage people to register) - to make the website look elegant - Make it linked to Egypt and leverage that the organizer is T20 (association of ~700 Egyptian alumni of the top global business schools such as Harvard, Stanford, London Business School and many others) ([login to view URL]) We are looking for someone with strong skills in: - connecting with our team to give you all the data - Strong esthetics skill to produce something elegant (the conference will be attended by 700 people of the most important in Egypt) - We want to finish as soon as possible.
