Hi, i have checked the attached doc and gone through all the individual requirements and i think I'm confident enough to take this project. And i think i should clear about one point here, i see the Crossway theme has Visual Composer feature which means the custom template you asked to build will be done via visual composer which will not hamper you original theme codes and so will be always updatable from the main author. So, what you will have to do is just duplicate that p[age to use it as a template. I can teach you, that's just a one click job. Hope you get what i meant. As a professional we should be clear about everything before going into the main project deal, and so i shared. Thanks.
