I am looking for someone who can create a word press blog website from scratch, add the content and edit all the content images to give better looking for the blog.

The person that we will hire needs to do the followings
1. You need to use the [login to view URL] and it must look as same as like the sample website. Theme has already installed on to the blog
2. The content needs to be added to the website according to the document I will provide. The website will be max 17 page in total
2. All images for the contents MUST BE EDITED in the same format with all other images that are used in Post or PAGES (IMAGES MUST BE EDITED). Some Photoshop work needs to be done. Maybe some color touch or using the elegant looking frames for all the images
We also need to see the previous projects of freelancers who will make the offer
