There are thousands of companies in this industry along with their ancillary companies who do offline business. While the industry has evolved over past few decades they are not integrated together. Except few products most of the products are sold offline through normal distribution channels. Spares & services are totally fragmented. The distributors and dealers have challenges to get services and skilled manpower. Customers- Distributors, retailers, commercial establishments etc. struggle to get product information and end up buying what is recommended and not necessarily as per the requirement.
