Build a web app for coupon with API to third party sites

Hi, I'm interested to work with you for your web application that generates coupon code and give access to purchase goods from other ecommerce site. My Plan for your Web Application - Build a web application that have an admin panel to generate Coupon code , add merchants, manage users and see the referral site metrics, API connectivity settings, User reports etc.. - In the front end panel, user can register and purchase the coupon code. And there is a way to go to other ecommerce site with the selected coupon code to apply in their page. In that page needs to check the coupon code via API from third party site into your web application site. Once it was good, we will allow the merchant to purchase with discounts. - Users can check the balance of their purchased coupon code and see transcation history - I would like to go for using Wordpress with Woo commerce plugin, will customize the plugins as per our requirements. Also will make new plugins for your admin panel to manage merchants, couponcode and access API settings. - Make the application as a responsive one and it should work in all devices.
