Build a website

I need a one page website that starts with an intro. The intro is a short animation of our friend, a matchstick man, who has an idea in his head, to sell his property in India. He then proceeds to catch a taxi to the airport and then a flight to India. On arrival at India, his headache starts! He catches various forms of transport, modern to traditional, to get from the airport to his village, where he encounters so many people with so many different views,  with respect to the sale of his property! Some say one thing and others say another. Our friend, the matchstick man has such a tough time in India, dealing with so many different unsavoury characters and views, that, quick as a flash, he catches the same forms of transport he caught to get from the airport to his village, but in reverse order. He catches a flight back to the the UK, a taxi back to his house, slams his front door shut and sits down with a cup of tea. He then picks up the phone and calls panjab estate agents!The above intro leads to a one page website, which basically says who we are, what we do, where we do it and how, with our contact details.I will be looking to expand this website in the near future, however that's all I require for [login to view URL] forward me your best fixed price (please don't ask for budget), time scales and a brief description of what you will be using to design this website.   It has to meet all requirements, google etc and be smart phone compatible.I've been in the web design industry since 1996, hence I'm looking for a trade price. I'm happy to pass on more referrals to the successful bidder on completion of this project to a satisfactory standard.
