Building a gambling website With the steam API

Hello dear freelancer's Seeing as i have been ripped off in my last project, where someone took the money and simply deleted his account on freelancer i am in need of another freelancer to work on my website. The website's basics are simple, its a gambling website where skins from Counter strike: Global Offensive are gathered in a pot and then a winner is drawn randomly by the computer. *Examples*: [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] The difference between these sites and ours is that our website will also be a shop where items can be purchased through paypal, (so there should be a small shop wich can be edited and controlled by an admin). This is a small and personal project, if the website is a succes you will be asked to do maintanence on a regular period wich will pay reasonably. For questions pm me.
