Must be original illustration not taken from a stock site - basically it is for a blog talking of current events, war topics etc. Evidence of previous work must be displayed. The budget is very small, but there is possibility of further work as I require illustration all the time, so a reliable individual could be consulted again from time to time, and future projects may attract a larger budget.
