I have three good reasons why this job is a perfect one for me.
1. I am a Human Resource Manager by profession and thus know varieties of jobs and their categories, types, fields, and terms etc.
2. I have good knowledge of Excel and its formulas, one being VLOOKUP that will be very essential in this task to organize employees by a certain category, type and make it easy to navigate through.
