Create a Background Animation using my Illustrator Artwork

I have an Adobe Illustrator file for the attached JPG, and I would like to have it animated as a background which I will use as a backdrop for my green screen video.
I need:
- animate drawings and colors in watercolor (or any creative) style, but must at least include:
- birds to fly in
- elephant to look like its walking/moving naturally
- Lioness on the right to look like its head/paw is moving too
Entire duration of the animation will be only 10 seconds. First draft will need to be ready within 24 hours of awarding the project.
