Create a website for a Coaching Practice

We are a growing team of Certified Life, Health , Academic and Executive Coaches and we need a website that will allow prospective clients to learn what they can gain by engaging a Coach, select the Coach they want, and book their initial session on -line. They also need to be able to enter their billing information and pay for the session. Our existing clients need to be able to use the same site, bypassing all the marketing, to schedule sessions, use tools that are password protected, and communicate with their Coach. Coaches need to use the site to explore the opportunity of affiliating with us, and to interact with clients. They need to be able to update their available time and money paid to us needs to go to them as they earn it with a portion of the fee retained and sent to our bank. We are also the home of the Health Coach Alliance and we offer the HCA approved Health Coach Certification Course, We need to create a separate website for this and that site must allow prospective students and the organizations that sponsor them, to view the profession, the course and the calendar where they can register for an upcoming information session, register for the course and make payment arrangements. Existing HCA Certified Health Coaches need to use the same site for continuing education course information and registration, and to maintain their client files. This will be a slow roll out over 6 months. The first piece needs to be up and running by December 15th. Other elements will be done one/month and the work will be best done by a single designer/developer who is SMS competent and very able to work without much direction; hearing what we want, perfecting the content and delivering a ready to run product on the first pass.
