I am looking for a web developer who has the ability to use the CONTENT [login to view URL] cms based that diagram a printed newspaper. We would like the user to use a web environment to diagram a page of a newspaper. This web environment, the user choose which page, your editorial (if economics, politics etc.), inform the date of issue and then choose the page template that will receive the content. Within the template there are simulations of materials that need to be replaced with actual content. The user add text and images, as well as features such as lines, boxes, icons, captions, etc. After completing the layout process, the user will send the environment generate a PDF x1-type for printing, with the images already converted to CMYK, and texts in the colors black (nothing can be generated in RGB. The user can still print the page, save it on the server, or delete it.
