Design a Banner

I need a new banner image for my homepage slider: http://www.hybridtechsolutions.com.au. There are currently six images and I want to replace them all starting with this one. This banner image is to promote my Partnership with VIP Vision as I'll be doing a promotion on their latest Q4, 2015 product release which includes cameras that can record at resolutions above 4k. I've attached the VIP Vision logo and a heap of products images of cameras and DVRs. In terms of the slider and required banner resolution. The height is set to 300px and the width is set to 100% of the browser width. Given most people have at least Full HD monitors, I think it would be best to go with Full HD Resolution with Width. It needs to be professional looking of course (These are Premium products and cost a lot of money) and what I have in mind is the Logo in the bottom left corner. The Cameras, DVRs and the image of all the devices you can remotely view the cameras from will then start from the right and take up most of the banner image. In terms of text, just a simple line saying 'The late 2015 CCTV Security Platforms now available!' Maybe add 'Click to learn more.' so the user knows that the banner image will take them to the VIP Vision Site that I'll be working on over the weekend instead of it just being a static banner image. As mentioned, I have 5 other currently hideous slides that I need re-done and if the Freelancer that I hire does a great job, I'll re-hire them to do the other 5 banner images. This is very quick work. Everything is provided, The .PSD file just needs to be created, the images provided imported and re-arranged with maybe some cropping and text added. Please keep as many layers as possible and the end result I do expect a copy of the .PSD file with all the layers.
